On April 22, a partnership signing ceremony between Schneider Electric and CEEG was successfully held at the Linjiang Industrial Park in Yangzhong. The two companies reached a strategic cooperation agreement focusing on smart manufacturing upgrades, digital transformation, E-House business collaboration, and joint global expansion in the oil and gas sector. This partnership marks the beginning of closer cooperation based on complementary strengths, shared resources, and long-term collaboration.
Senior representatives from both sides attended the ceremony, including Mr. Wu Xiaoren, General Manager of the Chemicals, Oil & Gas Industry for China at Schneider Electric; Mr. Lv Jinhan, General Manager of the China Consulting Business; Mr. Guo Pengyu, Supply Chain Director of China and East Asia Operations; as well as Dr. Luhan Lu, Chairman and President of CEEG; Mr. Guo, Vice President and General Manager of the Marketing Center; and other management team members.
Before the ceremony, the Schneider Electric delegation toured the industrial park accompanied by Dr. Lu. They visited the production workshops and observed the operation of intelligent production lines, lean management practices, and the full manufacturing process of key equipment. The visit provided a direct understanding of CEEG’s strong technical foundation and manufacturing capabilities in the power equipment industry.
During the meeting, Mr. Wu Xiaoren introduced Schneider Electric’s development history, global strategy, and innovation direction. Following this, Mr. Lv Jinhan and Mr. Guo Pengyu delivered presentations on Schneider Electric’s consulting services and E-House solutions. Their presentations highlighted Schneider Electric’s strengths in energy management, digital technologies, and system integration, and provided a clear technical path to support future cooperation.
Dr. Lu introduced the CEEG’s development strategy and global expansion plan. He emphasized that this partnership reflects a strong alignment in industry insight, future planning, and the integration of manufacturing and digital capabilities. The two companies will jointly build a benchmark intelligent manufacturing demonstration line for transformers by introducing digital technologies and lean management systems. At the same time, they will strengthen cooperation in the E-House business and expand into global markets together, supporting the high-quality development of the energy equipment industry.
Mr. Sun from the Dry-Type Transformer Division shared the roadmap for upgrading intelligent manufacturing at the Yangzhong plant, laying a solid foundation for the implementation of this cooperation project. Mr. Zhu from the Integrated Solutions Division presented CEEG’s E-House business development and its experience in the oil and gas sector, demonstrating the strong synergy and complementary advantages between the two companies.
Following the presentations, senior executives from both sides held in-depth discussions on development planning, smart manufacturing, and business coordination, reaching broad agreement on future cooperation. Under the witness of all attendees, Mr. Wu from Schneider Electric and Dr. Lu from CEEG signed the partnership agreement on behalf of their respective organizations.
Mr. Lv from Schneider Electric and Mr. Sun from CEEG jointly unveiled the “Digital Lean Intelligent Manufacturing Benchmark Demonstration Line,” marking the official launch of a new stage of practical and long-term cooperation.
