CEEG produces hydrogen production rectifier transformers that effectively enhance water electrolysis efficiency, reduce overall power consumption, and improve operational reliability. All performance indicators meet or exceed the latest national standards.

There are currently three primary applications for hydrogen production rectifier transformers:

1. Multi-pulse three-phase bridge thyristor rectifier systems.

2. Three-phase bridge diode rectification + IGBT pulse-width modulation (PWM) systems.

3. Three-phase bridge PWM rectification + DC/DC PWM systems.

Oil-immersed transformer core technology:

Based on GB/Z 1094.14 "Power Transformers - Part 14," three different levels of heat-resistant insulation systems are used: Class C (heat resistance up to 220°C), Class B (heat resistance up to 130°C), and Class A (heat resistance up to 105°C). This effectively addresses temperature field differences in various types of hydrogen production rectifier transformers, ensuring the safety and reliability of the insulation system.

DuPont Nomex insulation system is globally recognized as a high-quality electrical insulation material:

1. Chemical resistance: No weak C-H bonds, excellent chemical stability.

2. Heat resistance: Long-term stable operation at 220°C, short-term operation at 350°C, no melting, flowing, or combustion assistance at 250°C, and no release of toxic or corrosive gases at 750°C.

3. Safety and environmental friendliness: No toxic reactions with humans and animals, low smoke concentration, and no harmful gas emissions during combustion.

Dry-type transformer core technology:

1. Dry-type rectifier transformers for hydrogen production provide multipulse outputs, meeting the stable DC power supply needs of secondary equipment.

2. The transformer uses wide-band linear magnetic flux regulation technology to ensure linear adjustment of the secondary output voltage while the input voltage remains constant, meeting equipment requirements for voltage fluctuations.

3. The input winding employs a fully symmetrical parallel structure with loaded (or no-excitation) synchronous regulation to avoid circulating currents. The two sets of output windings use different connection groups (delta/star), eliminating the impact of high-order harmonics on the power grid and ensuring consistent phase angle differences, resulting in a stable DC waveform after multipulse rectification.
