A 24-pulse traction rectifier substation comprises two 12-pulse axial split traction rectifier transformers. These transformers employ the Y-shaped connection of the delta windings, run in parallel after full-wave rectification, and thus create a 24-pulse rectification substation system, resulting in lower harmonic content compared to a 12-pulse rectification system.
The product boasts low losses, minimal partial discharge, and reduced noise. It is insulated to withstand either Class F or Class H levels of heat resistance, with a service life exceeding 30 years. The product model is ZQSC(B)10-1600~4400/35, with connection groups of Dy5d0, Dy7D2, or as per user requirements.
Insulation Levels: LI 170 AC 70/LI 20 AC10.
