Magnetic Core:
The iron core is fabricated from low-loss grain-oriented silicon steel sheets, either laser-scribed or HIB (high-flux, low-loss) grade oriented silicon steel. It is precision-cut using imported shearing equipment, then assembled using a 5-step or 7-step step-lap stacking process to minimize core loss and acoustic noise.
Winding Design:
Both high-voltage (HV) and low-voltage (LV) windings are wound with oxygen-free copper conductors (either round wire or copper foil). A specialized tensioning mechanism ensures that the turns are uniformly tightened circumferentially, preserving radial dimensional accuracy. This structural design ensures balanced force distribution, minimizes magnetostriction, and enhances both the short-circuit withstand capability and overload resilience of the transformer.
Energy-Saving Performance:
This is an energy-efficient transformer. The newly developed design series further reduces core (no-load) loss and load loss, improving overall efficiency.
Insulation Drying and Oil Filling:
The transformer undergoes vacuum drying, vacuum oil filtering, and vacuum oil filling processes. These steps ensure excellent insulation stability and long-term dielectric strength.
Tank & Cooling Structure:
The oil tank is fully sealed. Corrugated fins serve as the cooling mechanism: they accommodate thermal expansion and contraction of the insulating oil while isolating the oil from ambient air. This design prevents moisture ingress and oil deterioration, thereby improving reliability and enabling maintenance-free operation. Upon request, a hermetically sealed capsule-type oil conservator can also be provided.
Connection Flexibility:
The transformer supports a wide variety of terminal connections and tap-changer configurations, making it highly adaptable to different grid systems and network requirements.
