The new high-temperature-resistant transformer developed independently by CEEG features a hybrid insulation structure. The hotspots within the unit utilize DuPont's Nomex insulation material (Class C heat resistance) combined with mineral oil. This design truly meets the "high overload, safe and reliable" operational requirements for the entire lifecycle. This product is a good choice for users with special high demands on transformers or those seeking upgrades and capacity expansion (which can be done based on the original transformer).

Low Losses

1. No-load losses are more than 10% lower than the current national standard GB6451-2015.

2. Load losses are more than 5% lower than the current national standard GB6451-2015.

3. Performance complies with the GB20052-2020 energy efficiency standards.

Low Noise

1. Self-cooling noise levels will be below 60dB, nearly 20dB lower than the national standard.

2. Customized ultra-low noise transformers are available upon special request.

Low Partial Discharge

1. Our 110kV production process adheres to modern enterprise management practices.

2. The entire 110kV product line is dust-free, with rounded metal and insulation components inside the unit.

3. Partial discharge is controlled to below 100pc (pico-coulombs).

Strong Short-Circuit Resistance

The 110kV transformer has passed national-level certification, ensuring that no unit is damaged due to sudden short circuits.

Attractive Appearance

Full polishing rust removal, and powder electrospray painting can achieve the effect of home appliance paint, and the wide-plate radiator does not easily fade.

Leak-Proof

All sealing components are made of acrylic materials and are manufactured using single-molding technology with no interfaces.

We solemnly guarantee that there will be no leaks and conduct fluorescent, positive pressure, and negative pressure leak tests.

Operating Conditions:

Conducive to peak summer, suitable for main grid with high load rate under high temperature and places with impact load and continuous overload requirements, such as steel, metallurgy industry, railway transportation, power plant, hydropower station, etc.
