The insulation structure of 35kV and below oil-immersed power transformers belongs to a hybrid insulation system, where coil insulation uses high-temperature resistant insulation paper, while areas with lower temperatures utilize insulation materials with lower temperature coefficients.

35kV and below oil-immersed power transformers utilize high-temperature resistant insulation paper as the insulation material, and different temperature areas are equipped with insulation materials of varying temperature resistance levels according to the temperature field principle. As a result, it exhibits excellent temperature resistance performance and is designed with a significant margin of safety.

High-temperature resistant transformers operate safely in environments exceeding 40°C, without compromising their lifespan. Even running at 20% over the rated capacity is still very safe and reliable. This offers a robust solution to ensure a safe power supply during peak load periods.
