CEEG's S(B)/SH(B) series oil-immersed distribution transformers are developed on a proprietary 3D parametric design platform, using carefully selected low-loss silicon steel laminations or amorphous alloy strip materials, combined with an independently optimized high-strength insulation system. The result is a product line defined by four core strengths: low losses, low noise, leak-free operation, and high short-circuit withstand capability — making it well suited for industrial facilities, business parks, urban and rural distribution networks, and rail transit auxiliary power applications.

1. Ultra-Low Loss Design

The silicon steel core variants employ high-permeability cold-rolled silicon steel with a fully automated multi-step mitered joint lamination process, supplemented by integral pressure-applied PET banding, which effectively reduces both no-load losses and no-load current. The amorphous alloy variants utilize premium amorphous ribbon material, achieving significantly lower no-load losses compared to conventional silicon steel core designs.

2. Zero-Leak Sealing Integrity

Tank fabrication is carried out on a German JORG automatic corrugated tank production line, producing a seamless, integrally formed tank body. This is complemented by a full-vacuum online oil-filling process and one-piece molded acrylate sealing gaskets. Each unit undergoes dual leak testing — positive-pressure retention and negative-pressure vacuum detection — while the flange groove structure provides an additional layer of sealing assurance, eliminating the risk of leakage at the source.

3. Low-Noise Operation

A low magnetic flux density design is adopted throughout, with lamination precision controlled by Swiss stacking machinery. Combined with a robust clamping and bracing structure and purpose-engineered vibration damping measures, the transformers deliver quiet, stable operation well suited to noise-sensitive environments such as industrial parks and urban grid installations.

4. High Short-Circuit Withstand Performance

Windings are wound with semi-hard copper conductor. The complete winding assembly is sleeved and continuously compressed throughout the manufacturing process to ensure assembly precision. Core clamping components are designed and optimized against maximum short-circuit mechanical forces, providing a structurally sound assembly capable of withstanding sudden short-circuit events with confidence and sustained operational reliability.

5. Smart, Lean Quality Control

A fully digitalized end-to-end traceability system is integrated across the entire production process, paired with automated finished-product testing equipment that enables real-time data comparison and analysis. This ensures consistent performance across every unit produced and supports the demands of long-term continuous service.
